Coconut Bundt Cake

Ingredients
Coconut Cake
1 ½ cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
2 cups flaked coconut
Coconut Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon coconut extract
½ cup toasted flaked coconut
Directions
Coconut Cake
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease a large Bundt pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix flour and flaked coconut. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Then mix in sour cream, baking powder, and coconut extract
Add flour mixture to cream mixture in 2 parts. Mix until combined.
Let cake batter rest for 5 minutes.
Pour batter into the Bundt pan.
Bake for 60 - 70 minutes.
Cool on rack for 25 minutes before removing cake from Bundt pan.
Coconut Glaze
Mix powdered sugar, heavy cream, coconut extract, and toasted coconut flakes together.
Pour over coconut glaze over cake.
